The film acting school offers summer day camps for students Ages 8 to 14 known as show biz kidz film acting camp a fun packed week introducing students to the world of acting.
Students will be working on improvisation techniques, understanding storyboards for t.v.commercials scripts, learning how to deliver lines as well as getting comfortable in front of the lens of the camera. Great way to learn about t.v.commercials as to what goes on in front of the lens of the camera as an actor And what goes on behind the lens of the camera.
Students will Experience how to write a t.v.commercial script, write the Storyboard, cast the t.v.commercial as well as produce it. At the end of the week students will have a dvd showing them In their first t.v.commercial. Great way to learn on camera acting techniques as well as find out if the student has talent in the area of t.v.commercials as well as working on students Self-esteem and self-confidence. For the serious student the acting schools film acting boot Camp is offered to students ages 14 – 18 who wish to Cover the acting schools level l program in its entirety in one week or the acting schools level l & II program in its entirety in two weeks. Students will be training on camera for scenes, working on character development, script analysis, technical Aspects of movement in front of the camera as well as Auditioning techniques for t.v.commercials and film.
Students will be working on their demo reels for students who are coming in for both levels of training. Students will Have guest speakers coming in to talk to them about the Industry, casting directors and talent agents. Students will also receive written assessments on their performance for students who wish to go to Hollywood, Los Angeles For the acting schools film acting boot camp they must have previous training in film acting to attend this special film acting course program in its entirety in two weeks.
